Marca: Ronaldo is about to sign an agreement with Al-Nassr with €200M per season

According to Marca, Cristiano Ronaldo is about to sign an agreement with Al-Nassr for two and a half seasons. He will earn €200M per season (salary and advertising agreements included).

Cristiano Ronaldo continues to take steps further. The Portuguese player is close to closing an agreement with Al Nassr from Saudi Arabia, as MARCA disclosed a week ago. The deal is close to being signed and will be for two and a half seasons. The salary stands at 200 million euros per season, including salary and advertising agreements.

The striker finds himself without a team after the conflict with the managers and coach of Manchester United and that was resolved with the end of the second stage of the Portuguese in the English club. The confrontation with Ten Hag led to a duel that the Portuguese ended up losing.

Arab football is growing, as evidenced by the trickle of level players even in the last few years. The leaders seek to relaunch the competition and know that if Cristiano Ronaldo arrives it will be the main claim to receive the sought-after media boost.

Al Nassr is led by Rudi García and among the list of players stands out the presence of the Colombian goalkeeper Ospina and the Spanish Álvaro González. Now the Ryad team seeks to regain dominance in its domestic competition and place itself on the world football map with the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo. Home games are played at the Mrsool Park stadium, with a capacity of 25,000 fans.

Al-Hilal is the current champion of the Saudi League, a great rival of the team in which CR7 can write his last lines as a professional footballer. Last summer he approached the Portuguese, but an administrative sanction for duplicating contracts prevented certifying the movement.

Now the deal with Al Nassr is about to close. There is no legal obstacle that prevents it and there is an offer outside the market that has led the Portuguese to agree to the proposal.
